What should I wear to a yoga class?
Anything comfortable, such as a T-shirt and shorts or leggings, loose trousers and a top. It is recommended however that you do Yoga in bare feet.
Can I eat before class?
Yoga should be practised on an empty stomach, so leave at least three hours after a main meal, or two hours after a snack.
I have an injury, a bad back or other health problems. Can yoga help?

Do I need to bring my own mat?
Yes, you will need to bring your own mat but all other equipment is provided.
Upward-Facing Dog pose - Urhdva Mukha Svanasana
This asana improves posture whilst also strengthening the spine, arms and wrists. It helps to open out the chest, lungs, shoulders, and abdomen, stimulating the abdominal organs. The upward-facing dog is known to help relieve mild depression, fatigue, and sciatica and is also therapeutic for asthma.
